My First Scavenger Hunt Sunday :-)

The other day I told you all I would be participating in Ashley's Scavenger Hunt Sunday. So below I have for you the "fruits" of my labor.  I didn't do to bad for only having a couple of days to do this :-) I also had a boat load of fun with editing my photos. :-)

I find it truly amazing that everywhere I go, there is Christmas stuff. I started seeing Christmas stuff in Michael's BEFORE Labor Day. And not just a few items, more like a few isles worth. I like the Holidays as much as anyone else does, but seriously, before Labor Day, insane!!  This picture comes to you courtesy of the Home Depot Christmas Decor isle. It was very sparkly and caught my eye as soon as I walked in the door. 

One of my all time favorite smell is fresh baked apple pie. I made this one myself. Baking is one of my other hobbies..  You'll get to see more pictures of that next week; I'm making a small wedding cake :-) 

As you can see, I had lots of fun with my photo editor for this picture. I got Photoshop about a week ago and have absolutley no idea how to use, where to begin etc. In the interim I have been using photoscape, which is great for a novice like me. Very complicated looking effects are simply achieved.

What can be more simple than jeans and sneakers, it's pretty much what I live in.  No fancy editing here, just two different colors of concrete flooring in Home Depot.

I was honestly stumped on the sports picture, until I went out to breakfast this morning.  I opened the menu and what do I see, "Sportingly good Sandwiches"  I laughed, my family stared at me, and out came the iphone! Then came the strange looks from my family as I took a snapshot of the menu at an odd angle.

Next week we will be hunting for Pink, Books, Fall Colors, Leaf, & Orange.
